We are seeking an experienced Commercial Accounting Manager to join our team and oversee the financial operations of our Commercial real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis, with a focus on Commercial real estate.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Accounting Manager:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the Commercial real estate portfolio, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Analyze and review financial data to provide insights to senior management, supporting decision-making processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Commercial portfolio
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the Commercial portfolio
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
- Provide oversight and guidance to accounting staff within the Commercial portfolio
Qualifications of the Commercial Accounting Manager:
- 6-8 years of accounting experience, 1+ year of commercial experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2+ years’ experience overseeing a team
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Sage, or similar accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
